Here at Bedggoods Motor Group, we would like to address the rapidly changing Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19) and how our dealership will be handling this situation in such uncertain times. We feel a huge responsibility for the health and safety of our people, their families and our extended family - our Bedggoods Motor Group customers.

At the point in time: We are business as usual and will remain so until further advice from Authorities.

It's business as usual at Bedggoods Motor Group. If, however, you feel more comfortable not coming into our Dealership we offer a range of online and remote services:

Sales Department

  • Video Calls.
  • Videos of any vehicle in stock.
  • Off-site test drive experience. We drop off and pick up vehicles from your work or home.
  • Online vehicle evaluation and no obligation finance application.
  • Delivery of Vehicle direct to you.

Aftersales (Service & Parts)

  • Free pick up and drop off service for your service vehicles from your work or home.
  • Free Refuelling service for your car while at service. Saving you from having to make another trip to refuel your car. Excludes the cost of fuel.
  • Free 50 point safety check on your car including battery test.

In response to COVID-19, we are actively working to ensure the health and safety of everyone in our dealerships. Here's what we're doing:

Focus on Cleanliness

In our dealership, we remain focused on cleanliness. In addition to our strict hygiene standards, we have increased the frequency of many cleaning tasks with a focus on high-touch surfaces including desks, reception areas, waiting areas, tables, door handles, EFTPOS terminals, and bathrooms.

Our Service Technicians wear protective rubber gloves and use disposable plastic steering wheel and seat covers, and use disintectant spray on any surfaces they touch to ensure cleanliness at all times.

Supporting our Team is Priority

We are recommending to our team to stay home from work if they experience flu-like symptoms, have recently travelled abroad to impacted areas, or come into contact with anybody confirmed with the virus. We encourage our staff to follow best practice as guided by health authorities around testing and self-isolation. We are practicing social distancing with our team and customers , recommending no or low contact options wherever possible including splitting meal breaks, reduce or avoid unnecessary meetings and increased personal hygiene.

We're continuing to monitor developments closely and are following the guidance of public health authorities. As the situation changes, we'll change with them and keep you informed.
