I love my new Kia Picanto! I had the pleasure of dealing with Marcus, he was very knowledgeable and not pushy like what you would expect when going to a car dealership. He was really patient and answered all of my questions (there were a lot haha) and never made me feel pressured which is what made buying a car with him so easy. We came with pre approved finance but Prateek beat the interest rate and gave us a better deal! He was also very knowledgeable and got things over the line really quickly as I needed a new car asap. Prateek went above and beyond to help us out with finance and even a bit of general financial advice. Overall working with Marcus and Prateek to get my new car was an easy process, I was driving away within 48 hours! They also kept in contact, I was never left to wonder what was happening, nor did I have to chase them up at all! Overall a really great experience, thank you again!
