I wanted to take the opportunity to tell everyone and anyone who is planning to look for a new car or used car that they should absolutely give the team at Bedggoods motors a chance to look after them. I'm here to tell you that all dealerships are not created alike and you will be hard pressed to find the level of service and attention that you will receive here. I was dealing with the Kia dealership in geelong where the service an attention to detail was nonexistent. I had pretty much given up on getting a positive experience at a car dealership until I walked into Bedggoods motors in Ballarat. The experience from the outset was outstanding and has rekindled my faith in a dealership. We arrived not expecting much and were met by Brooke in sales. We told Brooke that we wanted to look at the used Kia Sorento’s . There was no pressure to look at the new car showroom but she took the time to show us the car new model and what it came with. At the time I was driving one of the dealerships Chinese brands. It was due for IT service and we were told in geelong that they would need six weeks notice to get us in. Which was disheartening because when I bought the car they fully well knew that I lived 4 hours from the dealership and that it would not be possible for me to give them lots of notice. Once they had the sale and when I look back even during the sale there was very little attention to customer service. I bring this up because I mentioned this to Brooke and she said why don't you go and see if they can service it here today. I said you're kidding and she brought me over and introduced me to the service manager Dinu. I said to Dinu I know this is a long shot but any chance you could service the vehicle today. His first question to me was where do you live. As soon as he found out we lived 4 hours from ballarat, he said I guess we better look after this for you today and within an hour it was done. While we were waiting for the car Brooke the new car sales associate came over with the keys to one of their demonstrators and said why don't you take this down and look at our used car lot. Which we did where we met kristy who was equally accommodating. It was Kristy Who took the time to help us look at the differences in financing the used Kia Sorrento she had on the lot and she then ran the numbers for the new car so that we could compare. You don't get this kind of customer service in very many places anymore. We then went back to the new car showroom because the service department said our car was finished. We weighed the pros and cons and decided on the new Kia Sorento. From here it was time to discuss costs and as you do there was some bargaining back and forth and at this time I met the sales manager Adam who was really great as well. He and Brooke together managed to get us what I consider to be a good deal on the car we wanted and we are very grateful to both of them. Then of course it was off to finance to see Sonia who kept us in the loop the whole way through the process and was just ever so helpful. I guarantee you will not find a better team at any dealership. They actually genuinely seem to care about their customers. In conclusion I'd like to give a big shout out to Brooke our sales consultant, Adam the sales manager, Sonia in finance and finally the service manager Dinu Five stars is all that Google gives but this group really deserves 7.
